Requirements:

We are looking a Showroom Coordinator to join our successful, highly-motivated team at Feldco Factory Direct. For almost 40 years, Feldco has focused on delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple. This position will operate out of our Cudahy, WI design center showroom. Your goal is to ensure that Feldco’s expanding customer base and markets receive consistent, professional consultation from reliable and intelligent Sales professionals whom the company and our customers can trust.

Responsibilities Include:

Displays and/or demonstrates products, using showroom samples or brochures, and emphasizes features and benefits.

Maximize the potential for conversion of walk-in’s to sales.

Qualifies client, quotes prices and payment terms and prepares sales orders by collecting and documenting all necessary information to assure customer expectations are met.

Accurately takes customer information and other relevant sales information when setting appointments.

Develops and maintains professional relationships with operation teams and departments heads.

Utilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers.

May attend trade shows and additional sales training seminars as necessary

Stays current on product knowledge and trends.

Maintains a neat and orderly showroom area making sure displays are clean and in good operating condition.

Additional duties will be assigned during slow customer times to assist in supporting the Feldco corporate office.



Qualifications

Qualifications include:


Highly self-motivated and ambitious


Prior sales experience is a plus


Demonstrated intelligence and problem solving ability


Accountability for customer satisfaction and inside sales and service process


Reliability and consistency with both internal and external customers


Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


Must be able to life 50 lbs


Bilingual a plus
