Shrum Industrial Application

All job applicants must complete the Shrum Industrial General Application. Offers of employment are conditional upon passing a drug test, a physical, safety council training, and an acceptable background check score (specific to each client site). Applicants must have a valid government issued ID, current Texas Electrical License, current TWIC card, and their social security card to be eligible for available positions.

While employed at Shrum Industrial, LLC it is not uncommon to be transferred from one job location to another. Due to different pay rate schedules at the various job locations, you may have a pay rate increase or decrease if you are transferred.
