Key skills: 4+ years of experience in Siebel functional Testing,

Automation testing using any tool is Mandatory.

Must have strong experience on Siebel CRM applications.

Siebel Functional Tester:

Mandatory Skills:- Siebel Testing, Siebel CRM Application, Automation Testing with any tool, TFS, understanding of Web Services / MQ and Database queries (SQL)

Kindly Note:- We need relevant 4+ Years experience in Siebel Testing

Description :

The functional tester will be testing Siebel application focusing on Siebel business entities and UI interface in the intent to deliver the best quality system to the Dell business users

Key Responsibilities:

· Focus on testing Siebel screens, views and applets

· Focus on usability testing

· Should be able to write test scenarios and test cases

· Should be able to perform defect root causal analysis

· Participate actively and effectively on the defect tracking cycle

Education:

Minimum 4 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration

Required Skills & Knowledge:

· Good knowledge of the Siebel CRM application (Preferably CallCenter)

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Should possess knowledge on TFS

· Understanding of the multi-tier architecture

· Understanding of Web Services, MQ

· Should possess working knowledge on Database fundamentals (basic queries)

· Ability to read and understand requirements and design documents

· Proactive and willingness to learn

· Intermediate knowledge of functional automation tool preferably OATS
