About the Job

Here at Ardmac we pride ourselves on being the contractor of choice for great clients and the workplace of choice for great people. We are currently looking for Site Administrators for projects around Europe, including in Belgium and Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration related to the daily operation of the site and will report directly to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all new starters inductions, paperwork and training documentation.
- Compile progress reports and maintain office filing system
- Administration of site inspection reports (as carried out by project team)
- Co-ordination of flights and accommodation for site team if required
- Any ad-hoc duties that may be required by the site manager

Experience:

- Site Administration experience within construction / engineering environment preferred
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent organisation skills

Automatic right to work in the EU is necessary for this role.
