Site Engineer

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities. The Site Engineer will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams on-site.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify work quality.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
