WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Site Manager who thrives on running safe, efficient, and well-organised construction sites.
- Hands-on, organised, and accountable, with a strong focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification.
- Confident managing trades, contractors, and site resources to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Knowledgeable in building regulations, health and safety requirements, and quality assurance systems.
- Proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track.
- A strong leader who can motivate and guide site teams and subcontractors to achieve high-performance outcomes.
- An effective communicator, able to liaise professionally with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple site priorities concurrently.
- Qualified with a trade or tertiary qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage all day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, contractors, and resources.
- Deliver site activities in line with the construction programme, resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the Project Manager or Construction Manager to maintain a safe, efficient site.
- Maximise site productivity through effective scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with HSEQ requirements, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively identify and manage safety and operational risks.
- Review site practices and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Implement cost and project management controls to prevent overruns.
- Resolve construction and delivery issues in collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reporting on milestones, performance, and site issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and compliance reporting.
