What You'd Be Doing:
As Site Supervisor/Assistant Director, you'd work hand-in-hand with the Site Director to keep the center running smoothly and make sure every child gets the warm, safe, and nurturing experience Magic Memories is known for. You'd help lead and support the classroom teams, keep things organized and compliant, and be a go-to person for staff and families alike.

- Supporting and mentoring our incredible teaching staff
- Helping keep our classrooms safe, joyful, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Playing a key role in enrollment, compliance, and day-to-day operations
- Being a trusted point of contact for parents and teachers

What You'll Need:
You'll need to meet one of these qualification levels:
1. A Bachelor's degree in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
2. A Bachelor's degree (any field) with 30 credit hours in the above categories, plus 1 year of experience with children
3. An Associate's degree in the above categories, plus 2 years of experience
4. An Associate's degree with 30 hours in the above categories, plus 3 years of experience
