Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across various stages of home building.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of new home construction (framing, finishing, site prep, etc.)
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support carpenters, supervisors, and other trades as needed
• Follow construction plans and instructions
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform general labour tasks including lifting, digging, and cleanup

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential or new home construction required
• Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE use
