As a Slabber, you will be responsible for handling and processing slab materials, ensuring cuts and finishes meet precise specifications. Responsibilities

• Operate slab processing equipment to cut, shape, and finish materials according to project requirements.
• Inspect slabs for defects and ensure all finished pieces meet quality standards.
• Handle, store, and transport slabs safely within the production area.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in slab handling or processing preferred.
• Familiarity with slab cutting and finishing equipment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials safely.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
