Job Description:
Responsible for all SMT processes and equipment, such as printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc., including developing equipment programs and setting optimization parameters.
Regularly maintain the above equipment.
Develop equipment operation and maintenance guidelines.
Develop product flow charts, process routes, and work instructions.
Resolve and analyze technical and quality issues in daily production, and analyze and handle defective products from downstream processes. - NPI and transfer projects responsible for the above processes.
Submit effective and professional DFM reports after trial production.
Lead continuous improvement projects according to KPI requirements.
Communicate with equipment suppliers. - Regularly train relevant technical personnel and operators.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the electronics industry, with extensive SMT process experience and technical foundation.
Proficient in using Fuji series pick-and-place machines and programming.
Proficient in oven temperature testing, assessment, and optimization.
Familiar with SMT component and PCB manufacturing processes.
Proficient in CMK measurement and using various statistical and analytical tools to improve yield and efficiency.
Proficient in IPC specifications for SMT processes.
Familiarity with TS16949 and ISO13485 process requirements is preferred.
