• Ensure SMT lines (placement, oven, printing,SPI/AOI/AXI, laser marking and conveyor) running smoothly
• Support production and process team
• Support and conduct implementation of BPS
• Ensure low downtime and high OEE of equipment, low failure rate
• Reach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets by continuous improvement

## Qualifications

• Trouble shooting for all SMT production line equipment and offline equipment
• Basic program debug, optimization
• Regular TPM of equipment (Screen printing, Placement, Reflow Oven, Cleaning machine)
• Regular maintenance for tooling and spare parts (Placement head, feeder, stencil, fixtures, etc)
• Keep self-learning and exploration to improve self-competence
• Provide support during sample production/EWAK
• Product quality problem disposal
• Reflow oven profile test boarding making
• Reduce product failure rate and machine downtime
• Technical support engineer if necessary
• Other tasks from supervisor
