A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Snow + Ice Crew Member, you’ll report to a Site Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Snow + Ice Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
  • Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols, minimizing on-site risks, and reinforcing The Safe Way Is The Right Way
  • Deliver safe and accessible properties by removing snow and ice, applying de-icing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout every snow event
  • Operate equipment properly, maintain snow removal tools, and ensure equipment is ready to use
  • Support efficient snow response by communicating availability and arriving prepared and on time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including shovels and de-icing materials
  • Comfort working in cold and potentially harsh weather conditions
