Social & Measurement Manager

What You'll Do

• Own and manage Aristocrat's enterprise LinkedIn strategy and content calendar, developing and posting engaging content on the Aristocrat Group LinkedIn page and senior leaders’ personal pages.
• Develop and maintain the LinkedIn and enterprise PR calendar, ensuring all communications are coordinated, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
• Work alongside Communications colleagues, People & Culture, and business leaders to develop social media content for key initiatives, programs, and employee engagement events.
• Lead the complete delivery of external communication campaigns, from planning and content development through publication and measurement.
• Support the External Communications team in developing and accomplishing media relations and PR activities and campaigns.
• Advise collaborators on communication approaches, audience targeting, channel selection, and messaging efficiency.
• Develop communication assets including articles, thought leadership pieces, digital communications, and PR campaigns.
• Establish and maintain channel governance, publishing standards, and communication guidelines.
• Monitor channel performance, audience engagement, and content efficiency across all communication platforms.
• Own external communications reporting, including LinkedIn dashboards and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to collaborators.
• Assess the efficiency of external communication campaigns and consistently refine strategies according to data and feedback.
• Partner with the Regulated Marketing team to support marketing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement in communication processes, tools, and channel efficiency.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and guidelines in employee communications and digital engagement.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in PR, digital communications, channel management, content management, or a related area.
• Proven experience developing and delivering communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong content planning, editorial, and project management skills.
• Experience managing digital communication platforms and content publishing.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple collaborators and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting global organizations and distributed workforces.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and Outlook.
• Background in social media content development and public relations activities.
• Experience bringing to bear AI-enabled tools for communication planning, content creation, analytics, or audience engagement.
