Role Overview
This role is focused on telling the story of ProVal India through social media, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
You will work closely with HR to showcase our people, culture, and day-to-day work in an authentic and engaging way.
We are looking for a creative and proactive intern who can manage content, engage with teams, and support internal engagement activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer Branding & Social Media
- Create content that reflects ProVal’s culture, people, and work
- Develop posts for:
- Employee spotlights
- Team introductions
- Culture and workplace moments
- Hiring campaigns
- Manage and maintain the content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts on:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Track engagement metrics (reach, likes, comments)
- Continuously improve content based on performance
Employee Engagement Activities:
- Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive participation
- Capture photos/videos during events for social media
- Collect employee feedback and ideas
- Maintain engagement calendars
Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with HR and internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups for content and activities
- Support internal communication for events and initiatives.
Qualifications

Requirements
- Strong interest in content creation, employer branding, marketing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience managing college events, clubs, or social media pages
- Basic video editing and content creation skills
- Comfortable interacting with employees and capturing real moments
