Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage social media accounts.
- Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Oversee the credentialing process, including initial applications, verifications, re-credentialing, and compliance with federal/state/industry standards.
- Maintain accurate credentialing files and serve as liaison with payers, committees, and regulatory bodies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
- 3+ years of social media management experience with proven results.
- 2+ years of credentialing experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency in social media tools and credentialing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
