About this role
Freelance Social Media Video Producer
Location: HSK, London, W8 5HY
Position: Freelance
About the role
We are looking for a UK-based social media producer to work with a small publishing client on a freelance basis.
The publisher is a very small team with no dedicated social media person but looking to grow. This is the start of building a social media operation, meaning you'll be the sole social media producer in charge of ideating and executing content. Because of this, I'm looking for someone with experience running and growing social media channels (whether that's for other brands or personal accounts) that can work independently.
The ideal person should be able to create visual assets and original short-form video that drive growth and engagement goals. Someone that understands the language of platforms, what's making people engage with content, and able to come up with ideas from start to finish. This role isn't for you if you don't have the skills to create videos and assets yourself.
We’re initially looking for someone to work with us on a short trial basis, allowing both sides to explore the opportunity and assess the potential for a longer-term partnership. Our aim is to find the right person to take on ongoing retainer work and help grow the publisher’s presence over time.
Please include a portfolio or links to examples of your work.
