About this role

What will your responsibilities be?

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification and registration
- Experience within Adult Social Care
- Strong assessment, care planning, and case management skills
- Good IT skills, including experience with electronic case management systems
