Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a Children & Families team within Bristol.

You will play a pivotal role in providing essential support and intervention for families in CiN, CP and Court processes. Undertaking statutory duties for children and families in need, collaborating with families to meet assessed needs and support safety planning, implementing performance plans when necessary and working towards positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered with Social Work England
- Completed ASYE
- Recent experience of case work in Child Protection, Children in Need, Court work and Care Proceedings
- Excellent communication, analysis, and safeguarding skills
- Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
