Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s specialist Family Assessment Centre, based in Hendon.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to work within a specialist Mother & Baby Family Assessment Centre, supporting vulnerable children and families. The role offers the chance to move away from Local Authority caseloads while continuing to make a meaningful impact on safeguarding, assessments, and positive outcomes for families. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to comprehensive parenting assessments and provide support to parents and infants in a residential setting.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake evidence-based parenting assessments
- Support families through residential assessment programmes
- Safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
- Liaise with Local Authorities, courts and partner agencies
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work qualification and registration
- Children's safeguarding experience
- Experience working with complex families
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- A passion for supporting children and parents
