Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join Oxfordshire’s Integrated Assessment Team, where you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting families at the point of referral.

The Role:
• Undertake timely assessments and Section 47 enquiries to identify risk and inform safeguarding decisions
• Manage your own caseload and contribute to statutory planning, including Child Protection Conferences and court work
• Lead complex cases and support junior staff through supervision, mentoring, and reflective practice
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated, child-centred interventions

What You’ll Bring:
• Social Work England registration and a degree in social work
• 3+ years post-qualified experience & completion of ASYE
• Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, thresholds, and assessment frameworks
• Confident communicator with sound professional judgment and analytical skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
