Software Developer (.NET) Warsaw

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer (.NET) to join an international technology project for one of our clients in Warsaw.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development and enterprise environments, with a solid background in the .NET ecosystem and the ability to work with a broad range of technologies.

Tasks

• Design and develop software systems and solutions.
• Lead and coordinate development teams when required.
• Translate business and technical requirements into software designs.
• Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
• Optimize software from performance, security and quality perspectives.
• Define and maintain software development standards and best practices.
• Estimate development effort, resources and timelines.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collect, analyze and interpret software metrics.
• Manage software configuration and releases.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management and deployment activities.
• Design and execute tests and develop testing tools where required.
• Prototype and evaluate technical solutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security and performance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT
• At least **3 years of experience in similar software development projects **.
• Advanced technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Level 6 qualification (Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Training).A degree specifically in IT is ** not required **.
• English level B2 or above.
• At least one Advanced Level Certificate in Software Development Technology or an equivalent certification.
