We provide direct mission support in government spaces, working with customers to turn problems into successes and needs into new capabilities. Turning the massive influx of raw intelligence into actionable data is at the core of our big data analytics and data visualization expertise. Using distributed computing technologies and machine learning algorithms we deliver streaming solutions to facilitate near real-time analysis of large datasets.

Our design philosophy is to eliminate barriers between the analysts and the information they need to do their jobs and contribute to their missions. Rapid prototypes and designs based on analyst workflows allow us to design interfaces that increase user access to relevant data.

THE TEAM...

Do you have a passion for operating on large amounts of data to create analytics or find patterns? Do you enjoy machine learning and creating models? Does developing solutions with data science algorithms interest you? Envero’s development team works through difficult problems on large data sets to find patterns that will lead our customers to new discoveries.

THE POSITION…

• Develop applications using Accumulo, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Yarn, Python and Javacript

• Responsible for creating applications to implement predictive analytics

• Make design decisions to improve software development workflows

• Create integration points between data flows and services/tools that consume them

• Develop solutions that implement graph theory algorithms, machine learning technologies and/or detection and monitoring on data flows

Qualifications

YOU…

• Are an experienced Python and Javascript developer

• Enjoy experimenting with data science solutions applied to large scale data sets

• Can design and implement all aspects of client/server software from the ground up

• Have an understanding of Java applications, although you might not write them

PREFERRED…

• Are experienced with containerization (Docker and Kubernetes)

• Possess system administration skills (RHEL Linux)

• Are proficient in automating builds using CI pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab CI)

• Have prior experience with Java application development

QUALIFICATIONS…

For all levels, five years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. All positions require US citizenship.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related
• Active Security Clearance Required
