Take ownership of features from idea → release → maintenance

Partner with Product to shape solutions before they’re built

Contribute to a codebase that stays stable, readable, and fun to work in

Build across the stack - UI, APIs, backend services (no “that’s not my part” energy)

Collaborate across teams to deliver on time without unnecessary drama

Review code thoughtfully and give feedback that helps the whole team level up

1+ years building and shipping software products from start to release to maintenance

Experience contributing to projects and designing solutions that can scale with use

Comfortable working across the stack - more focused on solving problems than guarding territory

Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment: async communication, clear thinking, no ego

Able to work with operations and customer-facing teams to turn messy realities into clean solutions

Familiar with or open to using: Python, Typescript, React, Svelte, Kubernetes, AWS (we care more about engineering skill than specific tools)

Hybrid mode - 1 day per week in Bratislava office is required
