What We're Looking For:

Designs, develops, and executes comprehensive test strategies and automation for the Advanced Locationing Technology (ALT) RFID product line. Leads hardware-software system integration testing (readers, tags, and firmware) to validate tracking accuracy and system reliability. Leverages technical expertise to design innovative validation methods for complex locationing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes test requirements and validation plans for moderately complex RFID system integration projects.
• Prioritizes validation scenarios to ensure critical RF performance and locationing metrics are verified first.
• Completes all QA phases, from initial test planning through final regression, ensuring products meet strict quality and accuracy standards.
• Develops and maintains QA documentation, including test cases, specifications, and detailed defect reports.
• Explores and applies automation frameworks and RF simulation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Develops custom test scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate data analysis and streamline debugging.
• Provides root-cause analysis for complex defects, collaborating across hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Works with minimal supervision, providing mentorship to junior-level QA engineers and technicians.

Minimum Qualification -

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualification -

Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
