Software Engineering Tech Lead - AI Project Management

About the team:
We are building the new way for companies to do their work - An AI-native Project Management solution that do the work for the users, reduce the day-to-day workload, allowing our customers to do projects management at scale, in an efficient way, focusing on business impact.

We are growing, looking for a talented hands-on Tech Lead, to lead the team from a technical perspective, building best-in-market smart PMO agentic solutions, supporting huge scale and a fast-changing product.

About the role:

• Build new AI-native solution, together with a small team, iterating rapidly based on user feedback

• Lead architectural decisions. Work across the stack using modern technologies to create delightful user experiences

• Take full ownership of features from design to implementation, deployment, and monitoring

• Partner closely with product and design to shape user workflows

• Drive engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across fast-moving codebases

• Help define best practices for AI-powered product development at monday.com

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated strong technical skills building full-stack applications end-to-end

• Experience in leading complex projects across multiple teams

• Experience building features that integrate LLMs or other AI technologies

• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability across frontend and backend

• Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy

• Passion for creating user-centered products that customers rely on daily
