Software Integration Engineer (Top Secret/SCI with agreement to obtain CI Poly Clearance Required)

North Point Technology is looking to hire a Software Integration Engineer to support a mission-focused Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph within the customer's timeline after hire. The selected candidate will work on-site in Chantilly, VA and must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities:

The Software Integration Engineer will perform system integration work connecting services across multiple systems, implement and evolve authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and cloud infrastructure solutions, and deploy secure access management and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) technologies. The engineer will conduct Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA) activities, troubleshoot software issues to identify root causes and recommend fixes, perform software testing and validation, and document enterprise IT architecture processes, methods, and standards. Linux command-line navigation is a routine part of the role.

Required Skills/Experience:

• System integration or software development, including integrating services from disparate systems
• Debugging and troubleshooting software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes
• Software testing or validation, including improving existing test procedures
• Implementation and support of authentication, SSO, SAML, and federation technologies
• Deployment and operation of access management and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions
• Navigation of Linux operating systems via command-line interface
• Documentation of enterprise IT architecture processes and procedures

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
• Authentication standards including OAuth2, SAML, or PKI
• Containerization of existing custom software
• DevOps tooling including Ansible and GitLab
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance required to start; must meet SCI eligibility and be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph within the customer's timeline
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of start
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• U.S. citizenship required
