Solution Engineer/Sales

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and requirements
• Develop customized solutions using Web3 technologies, including blockchain, information security and wallet
• Responsible for technical solution design, customer presentation, POC and demo, sales enablement and so on
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its use cases
• Experience with custody and information security is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
