Solutions Consultant with Dutch and English

We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant fluent in Dutch and English to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to understand client needs and deliver customized digital solutions that effectively address their business challenges. Your contributions will be vital in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure clarity and facilitate a smooth consultancy process.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to empower clients in utilizing our solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement robust digital strategies aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
• Stay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies to provide insightful advice to clients.
• Assist clients in resolving any issues with their digital solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally in the digital solutions space.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
