Solutions Consultant with Icelandic and English

We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant who is fluent in Icelandic and English to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on understanding client challenges and providing tailored digital solutions that drive success. Responsibilities

• Engage with Icelandic-speaking clients to gather their requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
• Utilize your fluency in English to ensure effective communication and alignment during the consultancy process.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to empower clients in optimizing the use of our solutions.
• Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and support.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally in the digital solutions field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
