Responsibilities

• Engage with Polish-speaking clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
• Provide consultancy in English to facilitate clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients are adept in utilizing the solutions offered.
• Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement effective strategies that enhance their digital capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably in the digital solutions domain.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices within the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and communicating effectively.
• Proactive, self-driven individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities.
