Sommelier / Server - Prossimo

Prossimo Ristorante is seeking an exceptional Fine Dining service member dedicated to guest satisfaction.

This position will require both floor service and bartending experience.

Located on Cherry Street, Prossimo Ristorante is a small, family owned business that takes great care and pride in our reputation of incredible food, drink, and service.

We have a high standard of expectations for our staff. We expect them to be experts on a restaurant’s offerings. They're comfortably able to explain ingredients, preparation techniques, and available substitutions. Our servers are also expected to confidently offer suggestions to enhance the experience, such as which Prosecco or wine pairs well with a given entrée.

Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
