SOP Supervisor

Job Description

1. 销售激励计划运维及系统数据支持

• 协同相关团队，负责激励计划日常运营，熟悉流程并提出优化建议；
• 在月度、季度和年度回顾等关键节点提供数据与分析支持；

2. 目标制定与动态调整

• 承接全国及总部的月度、季度目标拆解，逐步参与年度目标拆分；
• 根据不同部门变化，及时校准业务指标，确保目标合理、可执行。

3. 业务报告和业务支持

• 熟悉理解销售团队业务，支持公司月度报告及库存报告等，并推动数据报告自动化并提出改进建议；
• 输出日常分析报告，支持绩效复盘；

4. 外部数据整合与专项响应

• 完成Nielsen等外部数据准备与报告；
• 具备Nielsen/Kantar数据分析能力；
• 独立处理多部门月度报告，并快速响应管理层定制化需求。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、经济、管理等相关专业优先;

2. 3年以上快速消费品行业市场/渠道等相关经验;

3. 精通数据分析工具，具备优秀的逻辑判断与业务洞察力;

4.主动性强，善于跨部门协作。
