Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sourcing Professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a qualified, compliant, and cost-effective supplier base.
  • Lead sourcing activities for product development and commercial projects to ensure timely material availability and successful launches.
  • Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the sourcing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 4-6 years in pharmaceutical sourcing or procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in sourcing for regulated markets (EU, USA, GCC) and in accelerating development-to-launch timelines
  • In-depth knowledge of API, excipient, and different pharmaceutical developments
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills focused on speed, quality, and cost balance.
  • Expertise in GMP, ICH, and international compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
