Humble Grape is a growing and expanding group, currently 7 venues strong and actively searching for our next site. This is a great opportunity to join a business on the move, with real scope to grow alongside us.

We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside the head chef and grow and develop with us.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage wage costs, training and development, scheduling, and menu development

• A genuine passion for small plates and sharing-style cooking, with dishes built to work alongside wine

• A strong mindset around seasonality

• An open mind — willing to learn new techniques, develop your craft, and share your experience with the team

• Hands-on and willing to help out across every section of the kitchen

• Kind, compassionate, and a considerate communicator
