Spa Manager - Isle of Man Opportunity

Comis Hotel & Golf Resort are now looking for an experienced Spa Manager or a Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist who is ready to take the next step into management.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Spa Manager or an experienced Senior Therapist with strong leadership potential who is looking to progress their career.

This is a hands-on management position, with approximately 50% of the role involving the delivery of spa treatments and the remainder focused on team leadership, guest experience, commercial performance and day-to-day spa operations.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop our team of Spa Therapists
• Deliver professional spa treatments to a high technical standard
• Manage bookings, rotas, scheduling and daily spa operations
• Drive treatment, retail and revenue performance
• Monitor costs, targets and departmental KPIs
• Maintain excellent guest service, cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
• Support the promotion of spa services, offers and social media activity

Requirements

About You

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification or equivalent – essential
• Experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor or Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist
• Strong practical treatment skills and a passion for wellness and guest care
• Leadership experience or the confidence and ability to take the next step into a management role
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work towards treatment, retail and revenue targets
• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills
• Confident using booking and scheduling systems
• Flexible to work weekends and variable hours as required
• Knowledge of Elemis products would be advantageous
