• Reporting to the Spa Manager, supporting the team to operational excellence, supporting the spa reception and spa therapist team
• Coordinating spa operations, including treatment bookings, facility maintenance, and ensuring adherence to spa policies.
• Training and coaching of reception and spa therapist team.
• In addition to the above, having the ability to upsell our products and assisting in the Spa Reception area and in administrative duties.
• Perform spa treatments if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Proficient in English.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Is updated with the latest trends and servicing protocols on massage and body treatments.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
