Spa Therapist - Arachova & Mykonos (Full-Year Seasonal Rotation)

We seek Spa Therapists to join our distinguished wellness teams at Santa Marina Arachova Resort & Spa for the winter season and Santa Marina, A Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos for the summer season.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will perform treatments to the highest standards while ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of massage treatments to both male and female guests in accordance with 111SKIN standards.
• Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of all spa treatments and retail products, confidently recommending suitable treatments and products to guests.
• Deliver all treatments consistently to the highest professional standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and hygiene of the spa and treatment rooms in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with the daily operation of the spa and recreation facilities whenever required.
• Maintain effective communication within the department and keep the Spa Manager informed of any guest feedback, issues, or operational concerns.
• Perform any additional spa treatments that you are qualified to deliver, as reasonably requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry and/or within a luxury spa environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Physiotherapy, or another relevant qualification.
• Good command of both English and Greek, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience in delivering five-star spa and beauty treatments using professional equipment and products.
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
