Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
- Provide advice on products and techniques based on each client’s needs
- Update client records with contact details and treatments received
- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
- Manage appointments
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five star Spa environment
- Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage
- Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
- Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
