Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and content recommendations.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest content available on the platform and inform customers about new releases and features.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to handle technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution.
• Proficient in customer support software and familiar with online streaming platforms.
• Detail-oriented with effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
