About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist – Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director to join our client’s clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation, while providing clinical leadership as the clinic’s Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment planning.
• Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures, including patient assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privileges.
• Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
• Serve as Medical Director, overseeing clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality of care.
• Manage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation, and patient follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements

• European, Western, or Brazilian candidates preferred.
• Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license.
• Proven hands-on hair transplant experience is required.
• Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
• Previous Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience is required.
• Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, consultation, leadership, and patient-management skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele.
