• Manage and cultivate relationships with multipleinternal matrixed partnersand outsourced architects and consultants. 10%

Minimum

• 2Year /AssociateDegreeRequired minimum–associate degree in architecture,interiordesign,orotherrelated field

Preferred

• 4year/Bachelor’s DegreePreferred –Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, orotherrelated field

• Strong technical AutoCADproficiencyto support production of development documents

• Revitproficiencya plus

• Ability to apply knowledge of architecture principles to achieve successful outcomes in store designs that ensure compliance with established brand standards

• Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a multi-brand, fast-paced, and changing environments

• Ability to successfullycreate or review PKLs, PSLs and Exterior Elevations for New Restaurants,remodelsandrefreshes.

• Highly motivated and the ability to work as teamplayer

• Abilityadapt and learn multiple brandstandards

• Ability tointerfaceandmaintainexcellent professional relationships with a variety of audiencesincludingfranchise partners, internal construction and real-estateteams,outsourcedconsultants.

• Restaurant or retail concept design development and execution

• Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, and technical engineeringdocuments

• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

• PowerPoint/Word/Excel proficient
