Specialist, Strategic Sourcing-Sourcing Excellence Team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in business, supply, procurement or related field
• Fluent in English
• Ideally tech savvy, with a strong desire to learn.
• A passion for developing strong relationships with supplier and cross functional stakeholders.
• >3 years of procurement experience, with good stakeholder interaction skills Would be a great stepping stone for a high quality Procurement Operations Associate
• Strong skill on Power BI and data analysis

What will be your key responsibilities?

1.Provide sourcing activities from S2P process:

• Contracting to be aligned to category strategies managed by category team.
• Provide the first line of escalation on issues between suppliers and the business
• Conduct negotiations and supplier relationship management for in scoped categories and spend thresholds for requisitions.
• Secures price, capacity & service levels in line with commitments to the business.
• Ensures effective risk management of the supply base, through robust contracts and monitoring of financial and other KPls, implement corrective actions as appropriate.
• Establishes & maintains relationships with key stakeholders and their teams to ensure understanding of their needs and to facilitate the appropriate level of challenge.
• Complies with policies, systems & controls.
• Communicates business risk & opportunity.

2.Provide support to key stakeholders:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on defining business requirements to be incorporated into SOWs.

3.Participate in providing continuous improvement:

• Provide insights to category team regarding supplier performance and opportunities within ad hoc purchasing trends
• Collaborate with MCS S2P managers, content team and category managers to develop optimal buying channels to transact with supply base
• Identify system process improvements with systems and process for FE assessment
