Carries out all activities related to the maintenance of a site.

Performs maintenance or ensures maintenance of:
- Buildings, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, etc. as well as other installations.
- Firefighting and fire prevention equipment.
- Security camera systems in accordance with technical specifications, compliance standards and government regulations.
- Ensures the water and electricity supply of the property.
- Prepares and archives documents for archiving.
- Documented maintenance carried out according to the maintenance plan.
- Carries out removals and conversions.
- Inspects meeting rooms with regard to furniture and ensures the specified condition in cooperation with IT.
- Collects, documents and reports consumption data.
- Supports internal and external audits.
- Creates purchase requisitions and records the receipt of goods for services.

Qualifications

- Min BTP in Electrical / Construction / Maintenance.    

- Communication.
