Position Purpose: the Trade Processing Specialist supports trade processing and middle office activities by connecting front office needs, clearing operations, technology teams, and external platforms. This role helps drive service quality, operational controls, automation, and timely resolution of trade processing and system-related issues.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

• Provide trading and systems support for brokers and clients utilizing internal and external platforms.
• Coordinate with brokers on trade allocation and confirmation via Teo and FIX.
• Monitor and resolve clearing gateway, clearing systems, and file import issues.
• Support straight-through processing (STP) to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with technology department implementing clearing system enhancements and updates.
• Collaborate with Risk, Front Office, and Operations to resolve issues and maintain operational controls.
• Work closely with middle office vendors to develop, evaluate, and implement new functionalities.
• Manage client requests for FIX connections and custom file import and delivery.
• Document procedures.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• Minimum one year of experience working with front end systems and admin tools including Lisa, Teo, and Bloomberg.
• Minimum one year of experience working in Global exchange GUIs such as CME, ICE, EUREX.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proven analytical problem-solving ability.

Education / Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred.

Working Style:

• 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects independently and in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced / changing environment.

Hiring Salary Range $65,000 - $85,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
