Job Summary:

A Speech Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist (ST)) provides speech therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Speech Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Two years’ experience in home health, outpatient rehab or hospital is preferred.
