As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help patients overcome communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges while supporting greater independence and quality of life.


What You'll Do


Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Provide patient and caregiver education

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Monitor patient progress

Document care accurately and timely

Support community and educational outreach

Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

Provide consultative support as needed


What You'll Bring


Required Qualifications

Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure

Strong clinical assessment skills

Communication and teaching abilities

Commitment to patient-centered care

Evidence-based practice expertise


Preferred Qualities

ASHA certification

Rehabilitation experience

Swallowing and dysphagia expertise

Pediatric or adult specialty experience
