About this role

We'd love to meet you — wherever you are in your career.

Whether you're early in your career or you're an experienced clinician looking for a team that truly has your back, Peninsula Plus could be the place you've been looking for.

We're a neuro-affirming allied health practice on the Mornington Peninsula, and we're growing our Speech Pathology team. We work hard to make sure our people feel supported, valued, and genuinely excited to come to work.

What makes Peninsula Plus different?

You'll be supported, not just managed.
From your very first week, you'll have a dedicated mentor, regular real-time feedback, and a professional development plan built around your goals — not a generic checklist. We offer structured coaching, shadowing opportunities, and a team that actively celebrates each other's growth.

You'll be part of a team that genuinely connects.
At Peninsula Plus, we've built a culture where people actually enjoy working together. We're curious, collaborative, and kind — the kind of team where you'll find a familiar face at the coffee machine, someone to debrief with after a tricky session, and colleagues who celebrate your wins as much as their own. You won't just be joining a practice; you'll be joining a community.

Flexibility that's actually flexible.
Choose your hours and your settings — clinic, home visits, school, or community. We'll build your caseload around what excites and interests you, with room to grow into areas you're passionate about.

Beautiful places to work.
Our hubs are based in Mornington and Frankston — gorgeous spots on the Peninsula that make even the commute worthwhile.
