Previous experience in sports coaching or activity delivery is a bonus, but it’s not essential. What really matters is your can-do attitude, positive energy, and passion for creating memorable moments.

We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new things, working with different teams, and making every guest feel special. You’ll need to be confident leading activities, chatting with guests, and jumping into new tasks with enthusiasm.

Our resort operates seven days a week, so you’ll need to be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
