About this role

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking Administration Support at MacDill AFB, FL. This position will provide Advisory and Assistance Services to support Headquarters United States Space Force, Chief Operations Office (USSF/COO). This position will provide to SPACECENT to facilitate the planning, preparation briefings and approval of activities with senior SPACECENT leadership. Responsibilities will include aiding the day-to-day operations of the staff and its interaction with other DoD and interagency offices in support of the SPACECENT planning objectives. Provide technical expertise in the preparation, review, analysis, and coordination of requirements documentation used in Day-to-day general support. This includes future and current staff structure planning, development, tracking and facilitating SPACECENT staffing actions.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist leadership decision-making with expertise on information sharing and developing and refining processes to create a collaborative environment.
  • Provide expertise on document reviews and facilitate the interface with planners and senior staff members for opportunities involving planning, management and policy integration functions, and effective use of strategy related resources.
  • Maintain and coordinate conference room schedules, maintain visitor records and logs, direct phone calls, manage messages, track staffing of paperwork to senior leaders, aid security officials for documentation preparation and disposition within a special access program office, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Advises senior staff regarding the establishment, management, and execution-level meeting.
  • Work with SPACEENT J1 to ensure proper preparation/tracking of documents related to personnel management.
  • Track and facilitate the staffing of Human Resource actions.
  • Manages and answers relevant Division level taskers.
  • Coordinates for government personnel travel thru the Defense Travel System.
  • Updates and disseminates Division level guidance to Branch Chiefs.
  • Maintains and advises the records management for accuracy.
  • Perform document control duties to include receipt and dispatch, transmission, storage, and inventory.
  • Review doc/media for markings and coversheets, as well as tracking management entry/maintenance.

    • What you will need:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance.
