Sr. Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and development for Airport and Commercial projects from concept to execution stage.
• Prepare and review design drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with aviation authority guidelines, local building codes, fire safety norms, and regulatory standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor junior architects and guide the design team.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s  in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 15 years of relevant experience in Airport and Commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of NBC, international airport design standards, and commercial building regulations.
